For Our Plugs

• We unfortunately can not accept cancellation of a plug order within eight weeks of a desired ship date. If there must be a cancellation within that time frame, there will be a final refund of 50%.
• We guarantee the arrival of healthy organic plugs. Although rare, there can be damage incurred to the shipping of perishable goods in transit. If there are any issues upon delivery, we must be notified with pictures within 48 hours.
