Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 6 plants.

When do you ship?

We do all of our shipping early in the week to ensure delivery before the weekend. All orders placed on or after Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday. Regarding orders that are placed on Tuesday, we will ship the next day only if we can ensure delivery by the weekend. Otherwise it will be shipped on the following Monday. We reserve the right to slightly alter the shipping schedule, if necessary, due to extenuating weather circumstances.

Do you ship to a P.O. Box?

We unfortunately do not ship to P.O. Boxes. The packages are full of life that’s excited to get out of the box, and we don’t want them to sit in a Post Office for too long.

What is your return policy?

We guarantee your plants will arrive healthy. If you have any issues with your plants upon arrival, please notify us of the problem. We will either issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on the circumstances of the problem. If a certain variety is out of stock we will send you a similar variety or give you a full refund.

Can I change my order?

If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately and we will certainly accommodate you as best we can.

How do you grow?

Our certified organic plants are grown in an organic compost based soil mix from a certified organic soil company. We only add approved organic fertilizers or more compost as needed. Pests are controlled with beneficial insect releases on a regular basis and approved pest controls when needed. While the regulations are very strict and we are inspected annually, we are happy to promote organic practices, not to mention we find that the plants grow better this way.
